Ochre, resigned to this kind of treatment from the police, apologizes to Silver, explaining that he's tired of making trouble for those he's with.
Silver points out that the best way to make sure that happens is to change immediately, and Ochre agrees, firmly set on a new course.
There's also the line "I'm gonna renovate your ass!" because the Aiya's owner is a troll. A troll who calls Ochre 'Kan-chan', so clearly they know each other.
